Our store is a second-generation family owned and operated shop. In 1986, Army Navy Surplus store was started by Matthew J. Anderson in a very small 1300 sq. ft. store on W. Main Street in Grand Prairie, TX. Under his ownership the store grew beyond its size and he was forced to move into a much larger 2 story building which was then located on the corner of NW 2nd Street  and Main Street, the current location of the Grand Prairie Farmer’s Market. Once again, our amazing customers’ loyalty to our business caused the store to grow past its boundaries. In 1998, having been in Grand Prairie for 12 years, we moved our store again, this time into a 13,500 sq. ft. store located on the service road of I-35 E at 14015 N. Stemmons Frwy, Suite C. Our business quadrupled in size from 1998 to 2010, to the point that it was time to open a second retail location. In February 2011, we opened an 11,500 sq. ft. store on Main Street in Grand Prairie. Located at 302 E. Main Street and 14015 N. Stemmons Freeway, we currently operate two DFW locations. We have grown to this size thanks to the wonderful support of our loyal customers. We invite new customers and friends to come in and enjoy the experience of a store owned and ran daily, not by a CEO, but by God-fearing family oriented friends...
